Child Supervision: Children aged 12 and under must always be accompanied by an adult.
Individual Membership: Unlimited monthly tanning packages are non-transferable and for individual use only.
Quiet Policy: Please help maintain a tranquil salon environment by keeping voices low.
Appointment Timing: Kindly arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Be prepared for a potential 5-10 minute wait if the prior appointment runs over.
Final Sales: All transactions are final; we do not offer refunds on services or products.
Package Expiry: Tanning session packages are valid for 365 days from the purchase date.
Toenail Polish Caution: If you have toenail polish, refrain from turning on your stomach during sessions.
Approved Lotions Only: Use only tanning bed-compatible lotions. Cleaning fees of $50 or acrylic replacement fees of $400 may be charged for damages from unauthorized products.

Timely Exit: Please vacate the room within 5 minutes of your session's end to accommodate the next appointment. Additional session charges may apply for delays.
Stored Items: Lotions and goggles left for over a year will be discarded. Contact us for extensions if needed.
Lost Items: We are not liable for lost or stolen stored lotion.
Behavior Policy: Disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in forfeiture of your package or membership and immediate removal from the salon.
Footwear: Kindly remove wet or soiled footwear before entering the tanning room.
24-Hour Rule: Tanning sessions are limited to one per 24-hour period.
Towel Fees: A $5 charge may be assessed for damaged towels, such as those with severe lotion stains or tears, to cover replacement costs.
Extended Stay: If you remain in the room for more than 10 minutes beyond your session time, we reserve the right to charge you for an additional session.
